Our homes provide safe, welcoming spaces where young people can feel secure, build confidence, and prepare for independent living

Everything you need to know about our homes, support services, and referral process.

We provide supported accommodation for young people aged 16–18, including care leavers and unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people (UASC), helping them prepare for independent living.

We offer personalised support including life skills development, education and employment guidance, emotional wellbeing support, budgeting, cooking, tenancy readiness, and independent living preparation.

Our homes provide a safe and supported environment with staff available in line with each young person's assessed needs and placement plan.

Referrals can be made by local authorities, social workers, or other authorised professionals. Contact our team to discuss availability and placement suitability.

Safeguarding is central to everything we do. Our staff receive regular safeguarding training, follow robust policies, and work closely with partner agencies to promote the welfare of every young person.
